The Girls

Kaytlyn wasn't so sure of Santa, she was interested but only from a distance!

When we got up close I thought she was going to rip my arm off! She was terrified! (just look closely at her face) Funny how Santa is so scary for most young kids!

Blaykley was so excited to tell Santa that she wanted a Cupcake Maker and Hungry Hippos. She walked right up to him, told him and then on the way home she said "But Mom, he didn't give me a Cupcake Maker or a Hippo game!?!" Tyler and I were laughing so hard and realized we didn't tell her she had to wait until Christmas day for the gifts! I guess we need to be more specific!!

We have been trying to get a family photo to make Christmas cards, but it is always an ordeal to get everyone to look and smile at the same time!!

Blaykley and Kaytlyn love playing around the Christmas Tree! I am always trying to get them to take a picture together, but usually one won't sit still or won't smile! I finally got some of them both smiling and looking! Hooray!

Family Night Fun!

Only Tyler could come up with this idea! We didn't have any candles for the pumpkins, so he wired all of the pumpkins with light bulbs that only use half the power so we don't start our pumpkins on fire. If you want the pumpkins lit up just plug em in!! Once again he is there to save the day!

Our family of four!
Kaytlyn loved taking the seeds out and throwing them into the garbage!

Blaykley just kept saying "That's so disgusting Dad!"

Kaytlyn was grunting like she was really trying to pick it up!

Corn Maze

Kaytlyn didn't want me to hold her until she fell and didn't dare touch the ground!

Swore Farms

Did you know in Idaho kids get there license when they are 15? (only 11 and 1/2 years away, scary!)

A few families in our neighborhood went to Swore Farms through the corn maze, the pumkin patch and then to see the farm animals! We had a blast!

Halloween Trunk or Treat

Kaytlyn was the most precious poodle ever! (even though she hated the costume and the nose was rubbed off before we left the house!)
Blaykley is trying to be a mean kitty (I think she looks too cute to be mean!

Grandpa Clay and Grandma Nancy came up to Idaho for all of the Festivities!

Blaykley with Wyatt Woody and Nemo Brielle!

ISU Homecoming Parade

Kaytlyn waiting to pounce!

Now Kaytlyn was the opposite! She had a blast! Tyler had to hold her back from diving on every piece of candy that was thrown. It was really funny to watch! She was pretty much oblivious to the parade too, but she would just watch the ground and listen for the candy to hit!

Blaykley got bored very quickly! She had about a handful of candy and then said that she was done. She kept saying "that is enough candy Mom!" and I kept saying "well then get some more for Mom!" She was not convinced! She sat in her chair enjoying her candy oblivious to the entire parade!

Blaykley Singing In The Rain!

She was so excited to try out her new umbrella and rain boots!

Tyler's Bull Elk

Mommy, Blaykley and Kaytlyn are soooo proud of our Daddy! Always taking care of us!!
He shot the Elk at the top and had to go and get it at the bottom. Pretty impressive if you ask me!!

Tyler went hunting with his Dad and came back succussful! He was very excited! He was disgusted with me that I didn't have it on our blog yet! Sorry it took so long!

Blaykley's 1st day of preschool

Blaykley had to have a princess backpack for school! She loves it!

Blaykley has been so excited to begin school. She always talks about going to school with her buddy Wyatt Cooper! They had a blast, but the teacher says that they don't stop talking or playing!! Friends!

Lagoon

Blaykley loves to mother Kaytlyn

We had a very fun lagoon trip with the fam! Blaykley and Bridger had a blast!

Kaytlyn loved hanging with Grandma Nancy and Grandpa Clay!

Look at Blaykley and Bridger's face and then look at mine and Amy's! Pretty funny!

Blaykley took dance lessons

Blaykley loved her dance class!

Thurman Family Summer

Blaykley and Kaytlyn have loved going to the park with Mommy this summer!

Kaytlyn had her first Birthday on July 9th. She loved her cake, obviously!

We went to Shasta Lake in California with Tyler's parents, and we all had a blast!

Hey I am finally figuring this blog stuff out. We have had a great summer but it is coming to an end because I started back to work today. I am teaching at Ellis Elementary in Chubbuck Idaho. I only work 15 hours a week, so I still get to stay home with the girls most of the time! Tyler is working out at the INL, which he is really enjoying! Blaykley is 3 and is so busy and Kaytlyn just turned 1 and she is definately trying to keep up with her sister! We love our girls though and wouldn't trade them for anything!
